INSPECTION MACHINES: KKMTF

The Model KKMTF is a fabric inspection machine for tension-free inspection of stretch fabrics including Lycra. The machine is suitable for inspection of rolls up to 300 lbs. and a maximum roll diameter of 18'.

The AIT Fabric Inspection and Measurement Machines have been designed and produced in order to prevent problems and cost increases that may arise in sewing departments of apparel industries due to production faults in the fabric. Model KKMTF features an edge alignment system for reducing selvage and obtaining the maximum use of fabric.

FEATURES:

  • Independently-controlled unwind and rewind cradles, with electronic synchronization for tension-free rewinding without stretching woven and knit fabrics, including Lycra and other elastic materials.

  • Automatic edge guide system for accurate rewinding in order to reduce selvage during cutting.

  • Reversing feature to allow rewinding with print side in or out and fabric inspection in both directions.

  • Independent overhead lamp and rear light box with three illumination levels.

  • Electronic counter for measuring in feet, yards, or meters.

  • Casters for mobility.

  • Automatic stop feature at end-of-roll.

  • Additional start/stop buttons in center of overhead lamp assembly.

  • Roll widths up to 60" (1.6 m).

  • Roll weights up to 330 lbs. (150 kg).

  • Roll diameters up to 18" (45 cm).
