RENTAL TERMS
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A mandatory security deposit is required for all heavy machinery rentals to cover shipping costs, as well as any potential damages, unauthorized modifications, or specialized cleaning fees upon return.
MAINTENANCE & SERVICING
Lessees are responsible for routine equipment upkeep and safety checks. If maintenance or technical issues arise, AIT technicians will provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and necessary service support.
RENT TERMS & RENT TO OWN
Standard equipment rentals require a minimum 12-month term. Rent-to-own options are also available, allowing lessees the opportunity to apply rental payments toward equipment ownership, subject to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
